Fig leaf is the one thing in this shop that is here for its smell rather than for anything it does. It is green and slightly milky and it is the smell of a Batroun garden in July, and it is in the two things somebody puts on in the morning.
It is infused rather than extracted: the leaves sit in the almond oil warm for a day and are then strained out. An extract would be stronger and would last longer in the bottle, and it would smell like a laboratory's idea of a fig leaf.
That is the whole of it. No claim, no percentage. It is there because the morning is better with it.
